Swelling and bruising within 2–3 days immediately after the surgery is a normal and expected situation. If there is oedema and bruising (this also depends on the skin structure of the person), it starts to decrease gradually after the 4th day. During this period, you should use your prescribed medicines and sprays regularly and without interruption. You can take a shower with warm water, but the water should not touch the face or nose. Hair can be washed back.
We do not recommend heavy sports for 2 months after surgery. Activities such as walking and swimming can be done so that the pulse rate does not exceed 125. Again, we should not wear glasses for the first 2 months, and we should not hit our nose. The bones in our nose are not yet stable during this period, but after 2 months, almost everything is free.
